To date the Contractor has earned <br />$1,199,014.30. Subtracting previous payments of $1,085,808.92 and retainage of $59,950.72 <br />the amount due the Contractor is $53,254.66. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for installation of watermain on Twin Lake Road/Trail and <br />for Change Order One. A separate letter has been prepared that requests approval for this <br />change order. We have inspected the work preformed by Frattalone and find it to be in <br />compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
