Mayor and Council Members <br />December 9, 2005 <br />Page Two <br />During field inspection of the outlet pipe for the County Road B2 storm sewer <br />system it was determined that the 27" storm pipe indicated on the plans was <br />actually a 44" x 27" arch pipe. This pipe was being extended to outlet at the <br />storm water pond and the pipe material bid had to be revised to match the <br />existing pipe. <br />The total cost for the above described extra work was $32,576.57 and a summary of the <br />individual item costs are attached.
