We received our <br />seventh alarm on August 10th and eighth alarm on August 15th which cost us $500 each. <br />We test our alarm and sprinkler system annually. We train our personnel and ask that <br />they work with the City of Little Canada Fire Department regarding alarms and how they <br />want us to handle them. <br />This past summer we have had extensive construction in different areas and dust had <br />gotten in the detectors and caused alarms and not warnings as they should have. <br />We also changed over to a new security company and this also caused false alarms. <br />With construction and the switchover completed, we anticipate that we will no longer <br />have false alarms as we have had this past summer. <br />We would appicciate it if you would cancel out Inv #6862 for $1,000.
