Thompson also noted that the <br />storage are would not be seen from Highway 36 or from County Road B. <br />Knudsen felt that any improvements that would break up the long flat <br />appearance of the building would be good. <br />Tom Hecker, County Road B, was concerned about his view of the <br />property from County Road B. Coatney felt that the project will have <br />limited visibility from County Road B and indicated that they will be <br />adding spruce trees for screening. <br />The City Planner noted that the building will be sitting close to Highway <br />36 at the back of the property.
