The Budget will <br />be as presented at the Truth In Taxation Hearing. While the Water & Sewer Funds will <br />be included in the document, they will not reflect any rate changes. Once survey <br />information regarding 2006 municipal rates is available, a rate adjustment, if any, will be <br />proposed for 2006, and the Budget will be amended accordingly. <br />
