RECOMMENDATION
Prior to granting the Conditional Use Permit and Text Amendment to allow tattoo parlors
within the B -3 District, the City should first determine if the proposed tattoo parlor
requires a license agreement. A 60-
day extension letter would be required to ensure that the application is continued in
accordance with State Statutes.
3. No license agreement is necessary as the conditions related to health, safety and
general welfare shall be addressed within the Conditional Use Permit.
With regard to the Text Amendment the following options are proposed for
consideration:
Option 1. Approval of the Text Amendment to allow Tattoo Parlors by Conditional Use
Permit within the B -3 District.
Option 2.
