Estimated cost of the 2005 Audit is $22,500 compared to the actual <br />cost of $23,950 for the 2004 Audit. <br />Staff recommends approval of the Agreement as presented and authorization for the City <br />Administrator to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City. <br />
