Our fee estimate for the 2005 audit is $22,500. The 2004 <br />fee was $23,950. <br />The scope of services are as follows: <br />• Audit the basic financial statements of the City of Little Canada as of and for the year <br />ending December 31, 2005. An "in- relation -to" opinion on the combining and <br />individual fund financial statements and supplementary information. We understand <br />that the financial statements will be presented in accordance with the financial <br />reporting model described in GASB Statement No. 34. <br />• Preparation, copying and binding Annual Financial Report. <br />• State of Minnesota Legal Compliance Audit. <br />For the 2005 audit, there are continuing audit procedures required by GASB No. 34 and the <br />requirements of the audit standard — SAS No. 99 Consideration of Fraud in a financial <br />statement audit. The City implemented GASB no. 34 for its 2004 audit.
