Requests for <br />payment have been ignored. Staff is recommending certification of these balances to <br />property taxes as set forth in the Cost Agreement these property owners entered into with <br />the City. <br />Valor Enterprises — Developer Deposit #989 <br />Balance Due $661.88 <br />Certification Fee $25.00 <br />Total to be Certified $686.88 <br />Precision Tree — Developer Deposits #998 and #1035 <br />Balance Due $436.34 <br />Certification Fee $25.00 <br />Total to be Certified $461.34 <br />If approved, these balances will be certified to property taxes collected in 2006. <br />8 <br />
