As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Tower Asphalt, Inc. The total <br />amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $1,862,352.22. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $93,117.61 and previous payments in the amount of <br />$1,317,115.70, the amount due the Contractor is $452,118.91. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the bituminous placement and driveway <br />restoration on Carla Lane and the construction of retaining walls on Noel Drive. It also <br />includes aggregate base placement, bituminous paving, and concrete curb and gutter <br />installation on County Road B2 along with a portion of the sidewalk construction. We <br />have inspected the work performed by Tower Asphalt, Inc. and find it to be in <br />compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
