As you will see, the Interim Ordinance incorporates the definitions of
certain terms from Minn Stat. § 173.02, subd. 8, 16, and 20.
I am assuming that you will forward the enclosed to Steve Grittman for his review and
comment. As we have previously discussed, the Council has the authority to establish a
moratorium for twelve months or a shorter period, by specifying the date of expiration in the
enclosed Ordinance.
If anyone has any questions relative to this matter, please contact me.
Very truly yours,
SWEENEY, BORER & SWEENEY
Thomas M Sweeney
TMS:jnm
Enclosure
