Commercial General Liability Insurance <br />$ 1,000,000 per occurrence <br />$ 2,000,000 general aggregate <br />All policies shall be written on an occurrence basis using ISO form CG 00 01 07 98 <br />or its equivalent. <br />Ramsey County, the HRA, their officials, employees, and agents, shall be added to <br />the policy as additional insured on a primary basis with respect to the operations of <br />GRANTEE, using ISO endorsement form CG 20 10 10 01 or its equivalent. <br />c. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a waiver by Ramsey County, the HRA, or <br />the GRANTEE of any statutory or common law immunities, limits, or exceptions on <br />liability. <br />8. Non - Assignability <br />GRANTEE shall not assign any interest in this Agreement and shall not transfer any <br />interest in the same, whether by subcontract, assignment or novation, without the prior <br />written consent of the HRA. <br />9. Equal Employment Opportunity <br />GRANTEE agrees to comply with all federal, state and local laws, resolutions, <br />ordinances, rules, regulations and executive orders pertaining to unlawful discrimination <br />on account of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, status with <br />regard to public assistance, sexual preference, disability, or age. <br />10. Prevailing Wage <br />All Contractors and subcontractors shall confo,m to the labor laws of the State of <br />Minnesota, and all other laws, ordinances, and legal requirements affecting the work in <br />Ramsey County and Minnesota. The minimum wage rate per hour to be paid for each <br />classification of work shall be the union wage rate in the locality of the project for those <br />classifications over which the unions have jurisdiction and the local prevailing rate for <br />those classifications of work in the localities over which the unions do not have <br />jurisdiction. <br />11. Workplace Violence Prevention <br />GRANTEE shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that its employees, officials and <br />subcontractors do not engage in violence while performing under this Agreement. <br />Violence, as defined by the Ramsey County Workplace Violence Prevention and <br />Respectful Workplace Policy, is defined as words and actions that hurt or attempt to <br />3 <br />4 <br />
