1 boundaries of the lot wherein it is located, toxic or noxious matter of such concentration as <br />2 to be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, comfort or welfare or cause injury <br />3 or damage to property or business. <br />4 4. Odors: The emission of odorous matter in such quantities as to be readily detectable <br />5 beyond the boundaries of the immediate site is prohibited. <br />6 5. Vibrations: Any use creating periodic earthshaking vibrations, such as are created by <br />7 heavy drop forges or heavy hydraulic surges, shall be prohibited if such vibrations are <br />8 perceptible beyond the boundaries of the immediate site. <br />9 6. Glare Or Heat: Any operation producing intense glare or heat shall be performed within a <br />10 completely enclosed building. <br />11 7. Explosives: No activities involving the storage, utilization or manufacture of materials or <br />12 products which could decompose by detonation shall be permitted except such as are <br />13 specifically licensed by the city council. Such materials shall include, but not be confined to, <br />14 all primary explosives such as lead oxide and lead sulfate; all high explosives and boosters <br />15 such as TNT, RDS, tetryl and ammonium nitrate; propellants and components thereof such <br />16 as nitrocellulose, black powder, ammonium perchlorate and nitroglycerin; blasting <br />17 explosives such as dynamite, powdered magnesium, potassium chlorate, potassium <br />18 permanganates and potassium nitrate, and nuclear fuels and reactor elements such as <br />19 uranium 235 and plutonium. <br />20 <br />21 E.. Yards: Between each newly erected building and the street upon which it faces, there shall <br />22 be provided a front yard which shall be landscaped and kept clear of all structures, storage <br />23 and employee parking spaces as noted in subsections A through E of this section. Section 1007.015 is hereby added as follows: <br />28 <br />29 Section 1007.015 Land Uses within I -1 (Light), I -2 (General), and I -2A (Modified General) <br />30 Industrial Districts by Chart.
