ARTICLE I. <br />ORDINANCES <br />In addition to the provisions of this Declaration, an owner must comply <br />with all Ordinances of the The City of Little Canada (hereinafter the "City "), County of <br />Ramsey (hereinafter the "County'), State of Minnesota in effect as of the date of this <br />Declaration. <br />ARTICLE II. <br />DEFINITIONS <br />Section 1. "Property" shall mean the real property described hereinabove, <br />platted as part of The Preserve, Ramsey County, according to the plat thereof on file <br />and of record in the office of the County Recorder and Registrar of Titles in and for said <br />County. <br />Section 2. "Lot" or "Lots" shall mean the real property described above <br />Section 3. "Common Area" shall mean the Outlots owned by the <br />Association for the common use, enjoyment and maintenance of the Owners, and to all <br />improvements located thereon and owned or otherwise held by the Association for the <br />common use, enjoyment and maintenance of the Owners as more particularly described <br />on Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />Section 4. "Association" shall mean The Preserve Homeowners <br />Association. <br />Section 5. "The Preserve" shall mean the single family residential <br />development located on the Property. <br />Section 6.
