trespass and in the event of such a removal, a lien shall arise and be created in favor of <br />the Association and against such Lot for the full amount chargeable to such Lot and <br />such amount shall be due and payable within thirty (30) days after the Owner is billed <br />therefor. No Lot shall be used in whole or in part for the storage of rubbish of any char- <br />acter whatsoever, nor for the storage of any property or thing that will cause such Lot to <br />appear in an unclean or untidy condition or that will be obnoxious to the eye; nor shall <br />any substance, thing, or material be kept upon any Lot that will emit foul or obnoxious <br />odors, or that will cause any noise that will or might disturb the peace, quiet, comfort, or <br />serenity of the occupants of surrounding property. The outside storage of an unlicensed <br />or inoperable motor vehicle upon the premises shall also be considered a nuisance. <br />ARTICLE XI. <br />TEMPORARY AND AUXILIARY STRUCTURES <br />No structure of a temporary character, recreational vehicle, trailer, <br />basement, tent, shack, garage, barn, or other outbuilding shall be used on any Lot at <br />any time as a residence either temporarily or permanently. <br />No attached or detached dog kennels, runs or enclosures shall be <br />permitted unless hidden or concealed from the front and side views of the Lot and the <br />design and location of same has received the prior written approval of the Committee. <br />No other detached storage buildings shall be permitted unless approved by variance by <br />the Architectural Control Committee. <br />ARTICLE XII. <br />STORAGE OF VEHICLES, ETC. <br />No recreational vehicles, trailers, boats, snowmobiles and wheeled or <br />tracked vehicles (not including passenger cars or any equipment used in construction or <br />17 <br />- 1 7 - <br />
