drainage, tiling, ditching, or any other means. <br />ARTICLE IX. <br />BUSINESS ACTIVITIES <br />No business (except for in -home occupations as defined and permitted by <br />the City or the County in single family residential districts) may be continuously <br />conducted or operated from a Lot nor shall any Owner conduct any activity which <br />causes inconveniences, excessive traffic, excessive parking congestion or undue <br />annoyance to the neighborhood except those businesses which are in the business of <br />selling Lots and homes in The Preserve. <br />ARTICLE X. <br />NUISANCES <br />No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any Lot, nor shall <br />anything be done thereon which may be, or may become an annoyance or nuisance to <br />The Preserve and the surrounding neighborhood. <br />No clothes line or drying yards or pet control lines shall be <br />permitted unless concealed by hedges or screening acceptable to the Committee. <br />Except as provided in Article VIII, no weeds, or other unsightly growths <br />shall be permitted to grow or remain upon the Property. <br />No refuse pile or unsightly object shall be allowed to be placed or suffered <br />to remain anywhere thereon. <br />In the event an Owner of any Lot shall fail or refuse to keep the Property <br />free from weeds (except as stated in Article VIII), refuse piles or other unsightly growths <br />or objects, then the Developer or the Committee may enter upon such lands and <br />remove the same at the expense of the Owner and such entry shall not be deemed as <br />16 <br />- 1 6 - <br />
