of any sort shall be installed or maintained which is visible from the front of Lot or <br />neighboring properties unless prior to any installation, the Committee gives approval <br />and makes a finding that no adverse impact will be suffered by any Lot in The Preserve. <br />No person or entity which is not an Owner may erect or maintain a television satellite <br />dish on any Lot. <br />ARTICLE XV. <br />LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY <br />No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shalt be raised, bred, kept on <br />property, except that dogs, cats, and other household pets may be kept, provided that <br />they are not kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial purposes and provided that <br />they do not constitute a nuisance. No more than two cats and /or dogs shall be kept by <br />the Owners of any Lot at any one time except that a litter of kittens or puppies may be <br />kept until one month after they are weaned. <br />ARTICLE XVI. <br />EASEMENTS <br />Section 1. Easements for installation and maintenance of utilities and <br />drainage facilities are reserved as shown on the recorded plat. Within these <br />easements, no structure shall be placed or permitted to remain which may damage or <br />interfere with the installation and maintenance of utilities, or which may change the <br />direction or flow of drainage channels in the easements, or which may obstruct or retard <br />the flow of water through drainage channels in the easements, except that a bituminous <br />or concrete driveway or walkway which does not impede surface water runoff and <br />drainage may be installed and maintained across the easement subject to disturbance <br />for installation and maintenance of utilities.
