as provided for in this Declaration. Notwithstanding the above language, the <br />Association shall not be required to provide notice of violation if, in the Association's <br />reasonable judgment, the Association believes that the violation could cause immediate <br />and irreparable harm to the Association or its members if the remedies provided for in <br />this Declaration are not immediately invoked. <br />ARTICLE XXIII <br />TERM <br />These covenants, conditions, restrictions and reservations shall run with <br />the and and shall be a servitude thereon, and shall be binding on all of the parties <br />hereto, upon all persons claiming under them, and upon all purchasers of all or any of <br />the land so described herein and their heirs, assigns, and successors -in- interest. All of <br />the provisions of this instrument shall remain in full force and effect until thirty (30) years <br />from the date hereof, at which time they shall cease unless an instrument extending the <br />term and signed by a majority of the Owners has been recorded prior to the expiration <br />of the initial thirty (30) year period. <br />ARTICLE XXIV <br />SEVERABILITY <br />Invalidation of any one or more of the provisions herein by judgment or <br />court order shall not affect any of the other provisions, which shall remain in full force <br />and effect until the date of expiration. <br />ARTICLE XXV <br />ENFORCEMENT <br />Each Owner of a Lot in The Preserve shall have the right to enforce the <br />provisions of this instrument in his/her own name by proceedings in law to recover <br />28 <br />- 2 8 - <br />
