CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />PIPELINE SETBACK POLICY <br />The City of Little Canada hereby establishes a policy requiring a 50 -foot setback from the edge of <br />pipeline easements prohibiting the construction of buildings or structures within this 50 -foot <br />easement area. <br />The definition of a pipeline is as follows: <br />A pipe with a nominal diameter of six inches or more that is used to transport hazardous <br />liquids. It is to be understood that this definition is not to apply to sanitary sewer lines. <br />This policy is hereby applied as follows: <br />Plats. Subdivisions. Lot Splits <br />The 50 -foot pipeline setback policy is applicable to all plats consisting of more than three lots. <br />Developed Lots of Record <br />The 50 -foot pipeline setback policy does not apply to existing, developed, lots of record. If there is <br />the need to re- establish a structure on an existing, developed lot of record, it should be noted that all <br />Municipal Code, Subdivision Code, and Zoning Code requirements remain applicable. <br />- 3 3 - <br />
