Hanson <br />www.chlittle-canada.rnn.us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Btesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />DATE: August 18, 2005 <br />RE: <br />Six -Month Review of Conditional Use Permit <br />Coliseum Billiards <br />2900 Rice Street <br />In February of 2005, the Council approved a CUP for Coliseum Billiards for a <br />billiard /amusement hall in the PUD District as well as allowing a 4 a.m. closing time. <br />Please see minutes attached. This approval was subject to a six -month review. <br />Attached is an anonymous letter of complaint received by the City relative to the billiard <br />hall. Based on this complaint, the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department has been asked <br />to report on call activity for the billiard hall, and attached is that information. Also <br />attached is an email from Mike Salter with the Sheriff's Department. Please note that he <br />has indicated very minor activity occurring at Coliseum Billiards. The sheriff's reports <br />do not confirm any major concerns of the type noted by the complainant. <br />
