MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 23, 2005 <br />STORM WATER <br />POLLUTION <br />PREVENTION <br />PROGRAM <br />ASSESSMENT <br />REAPPOR- <br />TIONMENT — <br />469 LABORE <br />ROAD <br />ISSUANCE OF AN AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE AND A <br />TOBACCO LICENSE TO MR. ALRIFFI <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Keis, Montour, Blesener, Allan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Blesener opened the public hearing to review the City's Stoun Water <br />Prevention Program and discuss the City's progress in meeting the <br />National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System requirements. <br />The City Engineer reviewed the Annual Report for the City's permit to <br />discharge storm water associated with municipal separate storm sewer <br />systems under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System /State <br />Disposal System Permit Program. He reported that the City is in the <br />second year of a 5 year permit program, and updated the Council on the <br />City's progress to date as outlined in the report. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005 -2 -52 — APPROVING THE NPDES ANNUAL <br />REPORT AND SUBMITTED BY THE CITY ENGINEER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Montour, LaValle, Keis, Allan. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005 -2 -53 — APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT <br />REAPPORTIONMENT FOR PROPERTY DIVISION FOR 469 <br />LABORE ROAD AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Keis, Montour, Blesener, Allan. <br />Nays (0).
