MINUTES CITY COUNCIL FEBRUARY 23, 2005 STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PROGRAM ASSESSMENT REAPPOR- TIONMENT — 469 LABORE ROAD ISSUANCE OF AN AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE AND A TOBACCO LICENSE TO MR. ALRIFFI The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. Ayes (5) LaValle, Keis, Montour, Blesener, Allan. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Blesener opened the public hearing to review the City's Stoun Water Prevention Program and discuss the City's progress in meeting the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System requirements. The City Engineer reviewed the Annual Report for the City's permit to discharge storm water associated with municipal separate storm sewer systems under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System /State Disposal System Permit Program. He reported that the City is in the second year of a 5 year permit program, and updated the Council on the City's progress to date as outlined in the report. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was closed. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2005 -2 -52 — APPROVING THE NPDES ANNUAL REPORT AND SUBMITTED BY THE CITY ENGINEER The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (5) Blesener, Montour, LaValle, Keis, Allan. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2005 -2 -53 — APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENT FOR PROPERTY DIVISION FOR 469 LABORE ROAD AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. Ayes (5) LaValle, Keis, Montour, Blesener, Allan. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. 12
