EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />This act is effective August 1, 1987 for all drainage proceedings started <br />after that date except section 139 is effective and drainage and conservancy <br />districts established under sections 111.01 to 111.421 are terminated on January <br />1, 1988 but actions started under sections 111.01 to 111.421 before January L <br />1988 us be completed under the provisions of sections 111.01 to 111.421. <br />Approved May 26, 1987 <br />CHAPTER 240 — H.F.No. 1365 <br />An act relating to liquor; authorizing the city of Little Canada to issue two additional <br />on•sale licenses. <br />BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />Section 1. LITTLE CANADA LIQUOR LICENSES. <br />The city of Little Canada may issue not more than two on -sale licenses for <br />the sale of intoxicating liquor to establishments within the city. Licenses issued <br />under this section shall be in addition to the number authorized by section <br />340A.413 and all provisions of chapter 340A other than section 340A.413 shall <br />apply to these licenses. <br />Sec. 2. LOCAL APPROVAL. <br />Section 1 is effective on approval by the Little Canada city council and <br />compliance with section 645.021. <br />Approved May 26, 1987 <br />Changes or additions are indicated by underline, deletions by otrilteena. <br />
