The proposed site was located and plotted on a USGS 7.5 minute map (Figure 1 "Site Map "). The location of the Donavan tower was also located and plotted in this figure. In addition, all of the surrounding Cingular Wireless towers as well as several additional sites that were analyzed were plotted and can be seen in Figure 2. Coverage Study In reviewing the submitted data it was determined that additional information for nearby Cingular Wireless telecommunications sites was needed in order to make a signal coverage study determination. The requested information was provided and the data was analyzed. This analysis shows how Cingular Wireless has designed its communications facilities in the metropolitan area with several surrounding sites providing area wide coverage. The "brown" area shows the predicted in- vehicle coverage. Figure 3 shows the results of the coverage study analysis using the data for the existing PCS coverage. As can be seen in this figure there is an area identified as having poor coverage. The analysis was then repeated with the proposed site considered. Figure 4 shows the results of this analysis and it can be seen that the poor coverage area has been eliminated. Existing Tower Analysis Cingular Wireless provided me with the location and heights of all of the present communications towers that are presently used to link to the proposed tower, as well as several existing towers that were considered in my coverage analysis.
