MINUTES
City Council
April 26, 1989
Frattalone pointed out his willingness to work with the City in the past,
and again stated that he preferred the depth of 250 feet. Frattalone also
pointed out his plans to add to his building, which he felt would be a real
tax benefit to the City.
Fahey stated that he preferred the depth at the 353 feet point, pointing
out that the City would allow Frattalone to continue his outdoor storage
since it is grandfathered in.
Frattalone felt that this effected the possible resale of his property,
since a portion of the use would be non - conforming.
Collova stated that he was agreeable to the 253 foot depth as preferred
by Frattalone.
LaValle agreed, pointing out that the City would have to approve any division
of the property.
Fahey pointed out that it will take four votes to rezone the property.
The Council discussed this, with Collova and Blesener stating that they would
go along with the depth of 350 feet from South Owasso since it is Mr. Frattalone's
preference to have a portion of the property rezoned rather than none of the
property.
LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89 -4 -162 - REZONING THE FRANK FRATTALONE
PROPERTY TO I -1 WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE SOUTHERN 350
FEET ADJACENT TO SOUTH OWASSO BLVD.
