In addition, the City of Little Canada <br />has a City web site at "www.ci.iittle- canada.mn.us ". The City will place educational infounation in <br />the city newsletter and on the City website that will provide City residents with an understanding of <br />the NPDES regulations and how the City is meeting those regulations. The City's web site can be <br />updated and expanded to include educational infounation suitable to a wide range of audience <br />groups. <br />Justification: <br />Public education and outreach is a key minimum control measure and one of the most cost effective <br />rnethods to distribute information to our large population is via a newsletter or through the intenhet. <br />Responsible Staff /Position: <br />Public Works Director 651.766.4049 <br />Measurable Goals: <br />1. Copy storm water articles /additions published in the City newsletter and place in permit file. <br />2. Copy material published on the City website and place in permit file. <br />Implementation Schedule: <br />1. On- going. <br />Education Program/Public Outreach Component: <br />1. Audience or audiences: all City residents; youth groups; club groups, businesses and visitors to <br />Little Canada. <br />2. increased awareness: The newsletter and website will educate the target audiences by giving <br />them a good understanding of a variety of water quality topics and how citizens can make a <br />difference in Little Canada. <br />Annual Reporting Items: <br />1.
