A less effective BiMIP identified in the City's SWPPP is replaced with an alternate that addresses the same, or similar, concerns as the ineffective or failed 13MP. c. The Commissioner is notified of the modification in the annual report for the year the modification is made. PART VI. EVALUATING, RECORDKEEPING AND REPORTING A. Evaluation and assessment. The City will evaluate program compliance, the appropriateness of our identified BMPs and progress towards achieving your identified measurable goals. B. Recordlceeping. The City will keep records required by the permit for at least 3 years beyond the term of the pes.nit. The City will not submit records to the Commissioner unless specifically requested. C. Public availability The City will make SWPPP and permit- related records available to the public at reasonable times during regular business hours, may assess a reasonable charge for copying and may require a member of the public to provide advance notice. D. Annual reporting The City's annual report will summarize: I. The status of compliance with permit conditions, including an assessment of the appropriateness of our BMPs and progress towards achieving our measurable goals for each of the minimum control measures. The City's assessment will be based on results of infounation collected and analyzed, including monitoring (if any), inspection findings, and public input received during the reporting period.
