BMPs, we have already revised our initial permit to better reflect our city infrastructure and ability to <br />accomplish the goals of the permit. The attached Notice of Intent (NOI) dated March 10, 2004 is our <br />revised permit application. It contains the original Minimum Control Measures (MCM) and Best <br />Management Practices (BMP). However, the BMP goals and schedule to accomplish these goals <br />have been revised. For the most part the City of Little Canada is already performing a lot of the <br />BMPs we have listed. But, some of the required BMPs will require some additional staff time to <br />accomplish since we do not have very detailed records for our storm water system. Since the permit <br />is for five years, we spread the work required to accomplish some of the BMPs over many years to <br />minimize the impact to our city budget. <br />Action <br />With City Council authorization, the revised permit application and annual report will be submitted to <br />MPCA by the March 10, 2004 deadline. <br />I- I:AGrogS \NI54 Permit AMenlo to Council Annual Report & Public NIecting.doc <br />-2- <br />
