Hamel Estates Development Contract appropriate by the City during the constniction of the Required Improvements. The license shall expire after the Required Improvements are installed and approved by the City. Miscellaneous 29. The Developer represents that the Plat complies with all city, county, metropolitan, state, and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to: subdivision ordinances, zoning ordinances, and environmental regulations and permits thereto related. If the City determines that the Plat does not comply, the City may refuse to allow construction or development work in the Plat until compliance is achieved. Developer represents to City that the Required Improvements will comply with all City, County, Metropolitan, State and Federal laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, subdivision ordinances, zoning ordinances, noise ordinances, and environmental regulations; including wetland impact and mitigation. Developer shall obtain all necessary permits and consents for the Required Improvements including, but not limited to, any permits required by the Minnesota Department of Health for water main extensions, any peuuits required by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for sanitary sewer main extension, any permits required by the Metropolitan Council Waste Water Services Division for connections to sanitary sewer lines, any permits required by the Ramsey - Washington Watershed District for grading and storm water discharge, and any permits or approvals necessary to properly comply with Wetland regulations. Developer shall reimburse the City for any costs or expenses incurred by the City due to the need for any permits or consents, and shall be responsible for compliance with any other requirements imposed by the agencies in question. 30. Developer shall comply with the Little Canada Landscaping Ordinance. 31. Developer and/ or their agents or assigns shall comply with Little Canada Shoreland Ordinance. Developer shall prepare a plan depicting in vegetative changes in the shoreland area. Developer shall also post appropriate signage adjacent to protected waterways defining "no disturb" areas.
