TWIN LAKE AREA
WATERMAIN SURVEY
Please choose one of the two options below:
Comments:
I support the Little Canada Watermain Improvement Option (using the Little Canada
water system and with a substantially looped system. Little Canada water is softened
water which is purchased and supplied by the City of St. Paul)
Estimated cost to property owner is $6,575 to $7,025 per lot - $5,600 for
watermain, plus an additional $975 to $1,425 per lot for the freeway crossing
(estimate is $1,900 to $2,350 per lot for the freeway crossing with City paying
50% of that cost).
I support the Vadnais Heights Watermain Improvement Option (water supplied by
Vadnais Heights wells and their water system, currently planned as a dead -end system
with the goal to loop in the future.)
Estimated cost to property owner is $5,600 per lot. The indication from
Vadnais Heights is that the watermain may be looped as early as next year.
However, there are no guarantees that it will be, so you should assume in
weighing this option that the date of any looping is uncertain.
Name:
Address:
Please return by 4:30 p.m., March 9, 2004.
- 2 6 -
