HAIR FOR LIFE
e5(.5/0 a .3
March 15, 2004
Dear Jessica Joque,
1]
Edgewater Town Office Park
2598 Rice Street
Saint Paul MN 55113
Phone 651- 628 -9724
Fax 651 -628 -9725
My name is Vern Cole, owner of Hair For Life Professionals located at
2598 Rice Street, Edgewater Town Office Park in Little Canada.
We are having serious parking issues at this development, and are asking
your help to enforce parking codes. We are especially upset with the fact
that we had to get a special amendment to the PUD here in order to
accommodate our situation (which we feel was very unfair, since the two
businesses who are creating the major parking problems here did not
have to go through what we did).
Specifically, the two businesses responsible for the serious parking
problems are College Pro and the Mortgage Company at 2594 Rice
Street. The mortgage company employs telemarketers who are taking up
the majority of the parking spaces. leaving our clients nowhere to park.
College Pro conducts training sessions and are extremely inconsiderate
in allowing a large number of trainees to come over to our quadrant to
take up the parking spaces.
We feel each business should have an allotted number of parking spaces
(as we were enforced to have), and these businesses are abusing parking
codes. We are asking your help to enforce the code and laws pertaining
to this issue.
We appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and would greatly
appreciate being reached and updated on the solution at (651)628 -9724.
Sincerely,
Vern Cole
_ijternatives to 1 -Iair Loss
