MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCII 12, 2003 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 12th day of <br />March, 2003 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Matt Anderson <br />Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaVaile <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Public Works Dir. Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Jeremy Brodin <br />Deputy Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. LaVaile introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 -3 -53 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE FEBRUARY 26, 2003 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5) LaVaile, Fahey, Blesener, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUD PERMIT Mayor Fahey opened the continuation of the public hearing to consider <br />FOR MARKET a PUD Permit for a Comprehensive Sign Plan for the Market Place <br />PLACE Shopping Center. Fahey noted the analysis of signage done by the <br />COMPREHENSIVE City Administrator and the City Planner. <br />SIGN PLAN <br />There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />2 <br />
