CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION VACATING STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY <br />WHEREAS, <br />A majority of the owners of property abutting the easterly 10 feet of Boss Road between <br />LaBore Avenue on the north and Bryan Street on the south have requested the City <br />Council in a petition dated December 18, 2003 to vacate such street right -of -way <br />according to the law; <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />A public hearing was held on January 28, 2004 before the City Council in the City Center <br />on such petition after due published and posted notice had been given by the City <br />Administrator, a reasonable attempt was made to give personal notice to all affected <br />property owners, and all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard; <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />Any person, corporation, or city owning or controlling easements contained upon the <br />property vacated, reserves the right to continue maintaining the same or to enter upon <br />such way or portion thereof vacated to maintain, repair, replace, remove, store or <br />otherwise attend thereto; <br />AND WI- FREAS, <br />It appears that it will be in the best interest of the City to approve such petition; <br />8 <br />
