Hanson <br />It is my understanding that we have been requested to vacate the easterly ten feet of the Boss Road right -of- <br />way between Bryan Street and LaBore Avenue. The existing Boss Road right -of -way is 60 feet wide at this <br />location. The reduction from a 60 -foot wide right -of -way down to a 50 -foot wide right -of -way will still <br />enable construction of a future city street in this area. <br />In addition, staff has reviewed City of Little Canada existing sanitary sewer and water system maps of this <br />area.
