MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 25, 2012 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 25th day of <br />April, 2012 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />Ramsey County <br />Citizen <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Jerry Auge <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />INFORMATION The purpose of this evening's workshop is to conduct an <br />UPDATE information update with the City Council. <br />RICE STREET <br />PHASE 11 <br />PROJECT <br />The first item of discussion relates to the Rice Street Phase II <br />project extending from County Road B -2 to County Road C -2 (Market <br />Place Drive), and Jerry Auge, Ramsey County Public Works, presented <br />the project status to the Council. <br />Auge began with a detailed review of the project changes since the Rice <br />Street Phase II project was last reviewed with the Council. Auge noted <br />that the existing 52 foot wide road will be replaced at the same width (48 <br />feet of pavement and two 2 -foot curbs) except at the County Road C <br />intersection at which additional turn lanes are proposed to be added both <br />on Rice Street and County Road C. Auge noted that the Demont Avenue <br />driveway accesses for Hoggsbreath and Papa Murphy's are proposed to be <br />aligned a minimum of 60 feet from the Rice Street intersection. The Code <br />requires the 60 feet driveway setback from the intersection. <br />
