City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 905, 910, 913, 913 -A, 914 -A, <br />AND 918 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC UTILITY STRUCTURES. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby <br />ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 905.040.A. (Conditional Uses in the R -1 Single <br />Family District) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />A. Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or <br />infrastructure, and /or similar structures which are <br />necessary for the health, safety, and general welfare <br />of the community, provided that: <br />Section 2. <br />Section 910.040.A. (Conditional Uses in the B -1, Limited <br />Neighborhood Business District) is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />A. Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or <br />infrastructure, and /or similar structures which are <br />necessary for the health, safety, and general welfare <br />of the community, provided that: <br />Section 3. <br />Section 913.040 (Conditional Uses in the B -W, Business - <br />Warehousing District) is hereby amended to add the <br />following: <br />B. Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or <br />infrastructure, and /or similar structures which are <br />necessary for the health, safety, and general welfare <br />of the community, provided that: <br />1. Conformity with the surrounding neighborhood <br />is maintained and required setbacks and side <br />yard requirements are met. <br />
