City of Little Canada, Minnesota Ordinance AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 905, 910, 913, 913 -A, 914 -A, AND 918 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC UTILITY STRUCTURES. The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: Section 1. Section 905.040.A. (Conditional Uses in the R -1 Single Family District) is hereby amended to read as follows: A. Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or infrastructure, and /or similar structures which are necessary for the health, safety, and general welfare of the community, provided that: Section 2. Section 910.040.A. (Conditional Uses in the B -1, Limited Neighborhood Business District) is hereby amended to read as follows: A. Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or infrastructure, and /or similar structures which are necessary for the health, safety, and general welfare of the community, provided that: Section 3. Section 913.040 (Conditional Uses in the B -W, Business - Warehousing District) is hereby amended to add the following: B. Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or infrastructure, and /or similar structures which are necessary for the health, safety, and general welfare of the community, provided that: 1. Conformity with the surrounding neighborhood is maintained and required setbacks and side yard requirements are met.
