2. Equipment is completely enclosed in a permanent <br />structure with no outside storage. <br />3 Adequate screening and landscaping from neighboring <br />residential districts is provided in accordance <br />with Section 903.020, G of this Ordinance. <br />4. The provisions of Section 921.010, C of this <br />Ordinance are considered and satisfactorily met. <br />Section 4. <br />Section 913 -A.040 (Conditional Uses in the B -I, Business - <br />Industrial District) is hereby amended to add the following: <br />D. Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or <br />infrastructure, and /or similar structures which are necessary for <br />the health, safety, and general welfare of the community, as <br />allowed in the B -W District. <br />Section 5. <br />Section 914 -A.040 (Conditional Uses in the I -2, General <br />Industrial District) is hereby amended to add the following: <br />C. Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or <br />infrastructure, and /or similar structures which are necessary for <br />the health, safety, and general welfare of the community, as <br />allowed in the B -W District. <br />Section 6. <br />Section 918.040 (Conditional Uses in the I -P, Industrial Park <br />District) is hereby amended to add the following: <br />G. Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or <br />infrastructure, and /or similar structures which are necessary for <br />the health, safety, and general welfare of the community, as <br />allowed in the B -W District. <br />Section 7. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />Michael I.
