The paper - shredding services are for Little <br />Canada residents only and commercial properties will not be allowed to <br />participate. <br />Residents are encouraged to bring a non- perishable food item for donation <br />to the local food shelf. <br />The City Administrator reported that Lapham Hickey Steel has requested <br />that their application for an Amendment to Conditional Use Permit for <br />— proof of parking and Subdivision approval to consider the combination of <br />two platted parcels at 3250 Spruce Street be removed from this evening's <br />agenda. The Administrator reported that he will be contacting Lapham <br />Hickey Steel to discuss their application with them. <br />PUD PERMIT — <br />2905 COUNTRY <br />DRIVE — <br />HMONG MN <br />SENIOR <br />CENTER <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -4 -71— CONTINUING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON THE LAPHAM HICKEY STEEL APPLICATIONF OR <br />AMENDMENT TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND <br />SUBDIVISION UNTIL THE FIRST REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />IN MAY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider application for <br />a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Permit to allow the operation of an <br />adult day -care facility at 2905 Country Drive requested by Hmong MN <br />Senior Center. It was noted that both the City Planner and the Planning <br />Commission have recommended approval of the PUD Permit subject to <br />compliance with the City Planner's recommendations. <br />The City Planner reported that Hmong MN Senior Center has applied for a <br />PUD Permit to operate an adult day -care facility in the existing office- <br />warehouse building at 2905 Country Drive. The property is zoned PUD <br />and group day care is allowed by PUD Permit. The other tenants of the <br />building are Temo Sunrooms and Dynamic Connections, a child- education <br />facility for autistic children and their families. Hmong MN Senior Center <br />is proposing to occupy the back half of the building, and their entrance <br />will be located at the back of the building. The Center has six 15- <br />passenger vans and plans to pick up clients and bring them to the facility <br />between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. Clients will be brought home between 3 p.m. <br />2 <br />
