As a condition of CUP approval, no commercial of home occupation activities may be <br />conducted on the property. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the preceding review, our office recommends approval of the conditional use <br />permit subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The site plan be revised to illustrate interim and long term driveway locations. <br />2. The design of the detached garage be similar to the existing house, replicating <br />some of its architectural details (i.e. roof pitch). <br />3. The same or similar quality exterior building material be used on the detached <br />garage as the principal building. <br />4. The color of the detached garage (siding and roofing) match the color of the <br />principal building. <br />5. The detached garage not exceed 15 feet in height. <br />6.
