Green Company. During my tenure at my previous employer, I enjoyed developing a working relationship with Council and City Staff and would be interested in further serving the City. I have started an engineering firm, Elfering & Associates, PLC, and would be interested in providing engineering services for the City of Little Canada under this new company. Our company was created as a means to provide communities such as the City of Little Canada with City Engineering services in an efficient and effective manner. We will bring a working knowledge of the City that ranges from individual projects to day -to -day activities. With that knowledge and relationships in- place, we will be able to seamlessly serve the City. I have had the privilege of working with the City for the past several years and will bring that effort to bear. Beyond simply providing technical services, we will serve the City in an honest and trustworthy manner as an extension of City staff. Attached is a summary of the general services that could be provided and a basis for compensation. We have the ability to tailor our services to best meet your needs and would welcome any questions or comments you may have.
