MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 28, 2004 <br />TV THE EVENT HE DOES NOT, THE PUBLIC HEARING IS <br />HEREBY CLOSED AND THE REOUEST FOR CUP DENIED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (3) Anderson, Montour, Blesener. <br />Nays (1) LaValle. Resolution declared adopted. <br />TEXT LaValle opened the public hearing to consider a Text Amendment <br />AMENDMENT to the Zoning Code relative to the process for Comprehensive Sign <br />RELATIVE TO Plans. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />COMPRE- amendment. <br />HENSIVE <br />SIGN PLANS The City Planner indicated that the Text Amendment clarifies the process <br />for Comprehensive Sign Plans in the PUD District, and is a housekeeping <br />matter. <br />There was no one present from the general public present wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20047 -162 - ADOPTING AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 903.110 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br />CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, 13I' PROVIDING <br />FOR A PROCESS FOR REVIEW OF COMPREHENSIVE SIGN <br />PLANS IN THE "PUD", PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />DISTRICT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Anderson, Montour. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />TEXT LaValle opened the public hearing to consider Text Amendments <br />AMENDMENT — to the Zoning Code updating Section 904, General District <br />ANTENNAS Provisions, as relates to Industrial Districts and Section 904, <br />AND TOWERS General Provisions as relates to antennas and towers. The Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the Text Amendments. <br />The City Planner indicated that these amendments are housekeeping in <br />nature and add some zoning districts to these sections of the Code which <br />were added after the original ordinance ,.vas adopted. <br />
