Green Company North Star Estates Storm Shelter <br />Project No. 817410J City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />DIVISION S <br />S -1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The North Star Storm Shelter project in the City of Little Canada consists of the site work <br />preparation and installation of a concrete storm shelter and a bituminous path. Also included <br />are the relocation of a bituminous play area, minor fence modifications, and necessary <br />electrical work for the storm shelter lighting. The storm shelter is a precast structure and it <br />shall be the Contractor's responsibility to purchase, deliver, and place the structure sections <br />for a complete shelter. <br />S -15 (1302) AWARD OF CONTRACT <br />The award of Contract shall be in accordance with the provisions of Mn /DOT 1302 and the <br />following: <br />The award of the Contract, if it is awarded, will be made within 90 calendar days after the <br />opening of proposals. The City reserves the right to delete any and /or all schedules or <br />items from the bid prior to award.
