My recommendation on this matter is that Mr. Frattalone should pay the five percent of land value park <br />charge for his property (St. Paul water site and Pioneer Cabinet site) less the land value associated with <br />30 -foot easement from the Pioneer Cabinet site and less the value of preparing and wood chipping the <br />trail through the entire development. <br />cc: Frank Frattalone <br />2 <br />
