Hanson <br />www.eLlittle-canada.mn.us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Fahey & Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Greg Schroeder, Public Works Director <br />DATE: July 23, 2004 <br />RE: 2004 Street Reconstruction and Utility <br />Partial Pay Estimate No. 1 <br />I have reviewed the 2004 Street Reconstruction and Utility Improvements Pay Estimate No. 1 for <br />Frattalone Excavating. This pay estimate includes work on sanitary sewer, water, and storm <br />sewer work on Middle Street and watermain installation on Twin Lake Road/ Twin Lake Trail. <br />The City Engineer has inspected the work performed by Frattalone Excavating and finds it to be <br />in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents. <br />The original total contract amount for this project is $1,125,000.00. To date the contractor has <br />earned $226,283.30. Subtracting retainage of $11,314.17 the amount due the contractor is <br />$214,969.14. <br />Based on the above, I recommend Council approval of Partial Pay Estimate No.1 in the <br />amount of $214,969.14. <br />FI: \GregS \Pay Estimates \Pay Estimate No. 1 Frattalone.doc <br />
