Hanson <br />Attached is a new Electrical Inspection Services Agreement with Tokle Inspections, Inc. <br />This firm (essentially consisting of Mr. Peter Tokle) is replacing North Metro Inspection <br />dues to the retirement of Dick Nelson. Mr. Nelson will complete the inspections he has <br />in progress and Mr. Tokle will handle all activity going forward from August ls`. <br />The contract terms are essentially the same as existed with North Metro. The only <br />significant changes are increased insurance limits and a provision for additional services. <br />Fees for electrical inspections remain the same at 80% of permit revenues. The term of <br />the contract is continuous unless either party upon 30 days written notice terminates this <br />agreement. <br />I would recommend approval of the Agreement as presented, subject to any comments by <br />the City Attorney. <br />
