CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ELECTRICAL INSPECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />I. Parties. This Agreement is dated the 1st day of August, 2004, and is entered into by and <br />between the City of Little Canada, a Minnesota municipal corporation ( "City ") and Tokle <br />Inspections, Inc., a Minnesota corporation ( "Tokle "). <br />II. Recitals. The City desires to hire Tokle for electrical inspection services. Tokle, as an <br />independent contractor, will control the means and manner of performing its services; will be <br />paid on a per inspection basis; will furnish its own tools, equipment, office space, and <br />support staff. <br />III. Terms and Conditions. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual undertakings <br />herein expressed, the parties agree: <br />A. Scope of Services. Tokle shall perform electrical inspection services to include the <br />following: <br />1. Review of electrical plans, review building plans as necessary, and issue electrical <br />permits. <br />2. Provide all required on -site inspection services in a timely and professional <br />manner and within 24 hours of the date of receipt of a request for inspection. <br />Tokle shall also provide, on a daily basis or at some other interval as determined <br />appropriate by the City's Building Official, a notice indicating when electrical <br />inspections have been completed. <br />3. Retain all pertinent records and copies of permits and correspondence related to <br />each permit and make such records available to the City upon request. Tokle <br />shall also provide a detailed annual report that will include an estimate of <br />revenues and expenditures for the succeeding year. <br />4. Coordinate electrical inspection work through the City's Building Official when <br />other inspection work is also being done on a particular site. <br />5. Provide the City with a notice if Tokle expands its client base beyond the cities of <br />Roseville, Shoreview, Little Canada, North St. Paul, and North Oaks. <br />B. Term. This Agreement shall be effective upon execution by the parties and shall be <br />continuous, unless terminated by either party upon a thirty (30) day written notice. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
