The newly cleared space should be ready
CLEARING to be used for this year's Canadian Days Celebration. He indicated that
PROJECT FOR after this morning's heavy rain, he would ask the City Engineer to review
CANADIAN the site to determine if reseeding will be necessary.
DAYS
The Director also shared with the Commission, thank -you notes that he
received from Sue Nelson and Janene Connelly, thanking the Commission
for their support of this project.
DONATION The Director reported that he received a letter from an attorney
TO representing the Estate of Leah Broecker notifying him of Mrs.
SPOONER Broecker's bequest of $5,000 to the City for use in Spooner Park. Mrs.
PARK Broecker had been a long -time Noel Drive resident.
