MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 24, 2004 <br />public hearing. That hearing could be held in December, giving the <br />Council tirne to consider the matter. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-11-291 — CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />FOR WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2004 TO CONSIDER AN <br />AMENDMENT TO THE ZONNG CODE BY PROVIDING FOR <br />REGULATIONS RELATING TO THE SIZE OF ACCESSORY <br />BUILDINGS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Montour, Allan, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />MN DOT The City Administrator presented a proposed resolution requesting that <br />RIGHT -OF -WAY MN DOT either improve their maintenance of rights -of -way within <br />MAINTENANCE Little Canada or reimburse the City for the cost of this maintenance. He <br />noted that a number of cities are raising this issue with MN DOT. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004 -11 -292 — REQUESTING THAT MN DOT <br />IMPROVE THE MAINTENANCE OF THEIR RIGHTS -OF -WAY <br />WITHIN LITTLE CANADA OR REIMBURSE THE CITY FOR THE <br />COST OF THIS MAINTENANCE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Montour, Allan, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COUNTY The City Administrator presented a proposed purchase agreement for the <br />ROAD 13 sale of County Road B property to Gordie Howe. .He noted that the <br />PURCHASE purchase price is based on an appraisal of the property that was conducted <br />AGREEIVIENT earlier this year. <br />Mr. M.ontotu- introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004 -71- 293 — APPROVING THE PURCHASE <br />AGREEMENT WITH GORDIE HOWE FOR COUNTY ROAD 13 <br />PROPERTY AS RECOMMENDED IBY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />AND SUBJECT TO ANYMODIFIC4TIONS RECOMMENDED 13I' <br />THE CITY ATTORNEY AND A UTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br />15 <br />
