Hanson <br />I am currently working with Dick Biagini in preparing an Amendment to the RAB <br />Development Agreement relative to his current building plans. Given the need to act on <br />this agreement before the end of the year, 1 would recommend that a Special Meeting be <br />called for Tuesday, December 21, 2004 just prior to the Holiday Party. I would anticipate <br />that the meeting should take no more than 10 minutes. <br />
