The Guidelines recommend the use of brick, stone, or similar
materials for the exterior building siding.
Rustad indicated that he was proposing a heavy grade vinyl lap siding, but
suggested hardy board as an alternative.
The Planner indicated that the Architectural Guidelines talk about some
masonry, preferably brick, stone, or stucco. However, the City Council
can vary from those recommendations. The Planner also noted his
recommendation for a larger entry structure to emphasize door locations.
lie noted that the entries proposed fade into the backdrop of the building.
