His concern is whether this change will allow the council more control over them or does it not even
really play a role and does it really solve the problem going forward. I looked at a few that we have had in the past and wanted to
send you the stats on how the 10% would look. Joel wanted me to send this to you and have you call him before Wednesday to
discuss further.
Kulousek - 782 Allen Avenue (Approved)
Lot Rear Yard = 13,399.70 sq feet
10% allows = 1339,97 sq feet
1st garage attached to home = 828 sq feet
2nd garage in rear yard = 672 sq feet
Daly - 3091Arcade Street (Approved)
Lot Rear Yard = 28,896 sq feet
10% allows = 2889.6 sq feet
1st garage attached to home = 444 sq feet
2nd garage in rear yard = 840 sq feet
Puglease - 2727 Lakeshore Avenue (Denied)
Lot Rear Yard = 10,000 sq feet
10% allows = 1,000 sq feet
New Garage would have been 1248 sq feet
Mentes - 3058 Greenbrier Street (Denied)
Lot Rear Yard = 16740.643 sq feet
10% allows = 1674.06 sq feet
1st garage attached to home = 480 sq feet
2nd garage in rear yard = 1008 sq feet
et r
l /7C. /
Let me know if you have any questions.
